Peridot Gem Events and Party Rentals, LLC serves as the administrative and operational entity responsible for supporting certain business functions, including payment processing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and general business administration.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate allocation of labor, time, and operational resources upon purchase, refunds are not typically provided. However, in limited circumstances, refund requests submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase may be reviewed at the Company’s sole discretion.

3. Payment Processing and Invoicing

All services are billed through invoices issued by CYW Multi Services or its authorized administrative partner.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors, including Square, or other approved platforms.

In some cases, Peridot Gem Events and Party Rentals, LLC may facilitate or administer payment processing and financial transactions on behalf of CYW Multi Services.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment information may be processed securely by third-party providers such as Square
• CYW Multi Services does not store full credit card or banking information
• Peridot Gem Events and Party Rentals, LLC may appear on invoices, receipts, or bank statements as the payment processing entity
• All third-party processors operate under their own privacy and security policies

CYW Multi Services makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or uninterrupted service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYW Multi Services and Peridot Gem Events and Party Rentals, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the Company, its clients, or operations.

11. Modification of Terms

CYW Multi Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
